Galaxy Series - Chapter 6
Galaxy Series
Chapter 6 became the premier jazz a cappella ensemble at Millikin University of Decatur, IL and were crowned the 2001 International Champions of Collegiate A Cappella.
Their comedy-infused blend of pop, jazz, gospel, and rock brings spontaneous bursts of laughter and applause throughout the show. High-energy performances feature diverse repertoire ranging from freshly--arranged swing standards and pop/rock covers, to signature pieces such as "Ode to Krispy Kreme," Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody," and Chapter 6's very own version of "The Wizard of Oz.". Ms. Sherri Eveleth, attorney at law, will be presenting the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) Workshop. Topics covered during the workshop will include an ICWA overview, legal implications of noncompliance, custody proceedings, and federal and state laws.
