The Fourth Annual Art by the Bay will take place in Winchester Bay on August 30 and 31st. A variety of artists displaying their work and some aspect of their creative process will be on hand along with 40 plein air artists. “Soulpie” a 14 piece brass group will have two concerts during the weekend, and on a lighter note a guitar and flute combo will also be performing.
