Change the name and email address associated with your account

When you signed up for your Trumba account, you provided an account email address and name.

  1. Your account email address is the address at which you receive calendar updates, event invitations, and other account-related messages.
  2. Your account name is the name that displays at the top of each calendar page. It is also the name associated with calendars that you publish or send through email.

You can change your account email address or name at any time on the Account Settings page.

If you change your account email address, your new address automatically replaces the old one in other Trumba account holders' shared calendar lists, email distribution lists, and Address Books.

To change your email address or name

  1. At the top of any calendar page, click Account Settings.
  2. In the Account Settings form:
    • If you want to change your email address, for Email address, type the new email address you want to use.
    • If the new email address is already in use for actions such as subscribing to a calendar or receiving some type of event notification, contact Product Support for assistance in freeing access to that email address.

    • If you want to change your name, for Display name, type the new name you want to use.
  3. Click OK.
