Event email
In the Publishing Control Panel, you can add and customize spuds for any of these types of email. Customizations can include modifying styles and other settings, as well as adding a header or footer, in which you can enter the HTML code you want, including adding images or logos. How style settings map to email spud attributesThe following picture uses the Email Me spud to show how sections in the style sheet apply to the spud.
How styles differ between calendar and email spudsFor the Body, Message, and Rules sections of a Trumba email message, calendar email and all event email spuds contain the same settings that you can customize in each spud. For the presentation of the relevant event details, differences between calendar and event email affect how you can customize the event data. Event email contains text-based information for specific events that a visitor requests from your published calendar. You can edit the style attributes for this text in the Header and Event Info sections of the event email spud's style sheet. Calendar email, on the other hand, contains the relevant portion of your calendar. This calendar section acts almost like a separate spud, because:
Because the calendar itself is displayed in calendar email, the spud's style sheet settings do not affect that section. In that calendar section, you can customize event background and text colors by clicking Edit Calendar Colors on the Publish Settings tab in the Publishing Control Panel.
Other attributes of the calendar, however, such as font and text size, are not yet customizeable. Trumba Development is working to provide access to these attributes in the near future.
