What are event actions?
In every Trumba® calendar you publish, the events are active. That means that visitors to your calendar can take actions with those events.
For example, they can add the events to their personal calendars or set up event reminders.

While you can't turn off event actions, you can control how many events calendar visitors can take action on at one time.
List of event actions
These actions are available to calendar visitors for all events on your published calendars.
To see Help that visitors can consult after they select events on your calendar and choose an event action, click the action title.
Event actions list
- Add the events to your personal Yahoo!™, AOL®, Google™, MSN® Hotmail®, Microsoft® Office Outlook®, Apple® iCal®, or other calendar.
Tip If you're signed in to your Trumba account and you visit a published calendar and choose to add events to your personal calendar, in addition to the calendar options listed above, you'll see an option for adding the events to your Trumba calendar. When you select that option, you can choose which calendar to add the events to and set reminders, if you wish.
- Forward events to interested friends.
- Set up email or text message reminders.
- Arrange to be notified when events change.
- Have event information emailed to you or sent to you in an SMS text message.
- Download event information as Internet-standard iCalendar (.ics) files.
