The Nature of the Trio Art Exhibition

Community events Local GP Dr. Karen is Munster is joining forces with 2 other talented local artists and fellow Redland Yurara Art Society members Kathryn Christensen and Robert Grant for their ‘The Nature of the Trio’ Art Exhibition Opening Friday 19 July at 7pm at the Redlands Yurara Art Gallery and Studio at Thornlands. , This year all proceeds from the sales of Dr. Karen Munster’s work will be going to Myeloma Australia. Myeloma Australia is the only myeloma specific organisation in Australia supporting those living with myeloma which is also known as multiple myeloma. Multiple myeloma is a type of bone marrow cancer arising from plasma cells, which are normally found in the bone marrow. Of the approximately 1,800 Australians who are diagnosed with myeloma each year, almost all are older than 40 years. ‘Entry to this Exhibition is free and visitors can make a donation to Myeloma Australia in the Donations box at the gallery if they wish. 2019 Goompi NAIDOC Gala Dinner

Concours 2019

Community events Concours 2019 is the clubs 31st annual static motorcycle Concours D'Elegance offering some 60 trophies and $2000 for the best machine in show. Concours' major sponsor is Shannons Insurance supported by Redland City Council and Brisbane Motorcycles. The event is alcohol free and as such is a family day raising funds for the Make a Wish Foundation. A $10 gate fee applies to patrons over 15yo and includes on-site motorcycle parking - this year there is no fee for those wishing to enter their machines for judging and trophies. Folk Redlands - Ann Leung - dreams of a wildgoose

Winter Showcase The Jazzy Chats Big Band

Stradbroke Chamber Music Festival 2019

Community events At the 12th Stradbroke Chamber Music Festival, world-class musicians play chamber music masterpieces at intimate venues in the magnificent natural setting of Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island). The Nature of the Trio Art Exhibition

Myeloma Australia is the only myeloma specific organisation in Australia supporting those living with myeloma which is also known as multiple myeloma. Multiple myeloma is a type of bone marrow cancer arising from plasma cells, which are normally found in the bone marrow. Myeloma Australia is the only myeloma specific organisation in Australia supporting those living with myeloma which is also known as multiple myeloma. Multiple myeloma is a type of bone marrow cancer arising from plasma cells, which are normally found in the bone marrow. Dad and Mum, their son Dave and his girlfriend Mabel became much-loved characters of Australian radio. Living amongst their neighbours in Snake Gully they epitomised the image that many Australians identified with; down-to-earth battlers who faced adversity with stoicism and humour.
